"The Secret Wish" Video Wins Film Award

The promotional video made by Abner and Kamma Pastoll for the chimpan A track "The Secret Wish" has won an award in the category of Best Music Video at the Talent Circle Super Shorts Awards, held in London on Monday evening, 6th August 2007.

Only 22 short films (under 5 minutes in length) made the nomination shortlist for the awards. Of those 22, the Drama category (which was sponsored by Avid) was limited to 13 nominations, and Animation, Documentary, and Music Video categories each had a short list of only 3 entries.

The video is about lovers that get matching tattoos. As the woman's guilt grows as she makes her way back to her husband/partner, so does the tattoo!

The Storys - "The Bank Job" Film News

The Storys have recently recorded a version of the Berry Gordy/Janie Bradford song Money (That's What I Want), currently planned to be used in the end credits of the upcoming film "The Bank Job" starring Jason Statham and Saffron Burrows.

Earlier this year, The Storys were asked by "The Bank Job" director Roger Donaldson to appear in the film during a scene in which two of the film's characters get married. The Storys performed as the wedding reception band.

The film is currently set for US release in 2008 .
