Steve Sings on New Musical Recording
Steve shows us just what a versatile and talented performer he is by making a special appearance on the CD of "Vision - Bernadette's Stunning New Musical.
This musical once again finds Steve's voice in a show with a religious theme. The musical is based on the tragic life of Bernadette of Lourdes.
In this recording Steve sings some of the songs of the role of the Narrator/Bartender, who tells the story of Bernadette to the customers in his bar. In the course of bringing the story to life for them, the bartender acts out the part of Dean Peymarale, one of characters he is describing.
The lyrics and libretto were written by Jonathan Smith, and the music was written by Dominic Hartley. It was produced by Ivan McCormick, with additional production and mixing by Charlie Tear.
The VISION singers on the CD are: Gordon Adams, Ayo-Dele Ajana, Steve Balsamo, Graham Dalton, Phoebe Fildes, Ericka Footman, Fiona Green, Dominic Hartley, Andy Lewis, Ivan McCormick, Nwando Okeke, Mark Thompson, Libby Waddington, and Annalise Whittlesea.

It should be mentioned that the Ibiza Mix of "Disco Miller" features a vocal which some say is reminiscent of Kylie Minogue and the music itself has been described as having a similar feel to that of Ultra Beat's "Feeling Fine".
